Do you ever just wake up and stare at the ceiling for a good ten minutes before doing anything? Not move in the shower because your body feels rigid?

Is it okay for people to be lethargic? If work gets done, I suppose it's alright for someone to live in constant lethargy, but at the same time I think it's a waste of potential for someone to just not do anything at all.

10 minutes is probably okay, as long as you push on after that. Not sure how you get stuff done if you are in constant lethargy, though.
