Less repetitive electronic music?

Electronic is a pretty big overarching term but I mean, sure

honestly just gonna kind of dump a bunch of stuff in here

I didn't expect this thread to still be going.....and to be so full of super repetitive suggestions though some are pretty talented artists. I think some people are missing the point of the thread.

I'll drop in another suggestion, check out LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad. They're a duo that have a lot of good jazzy liquid drum an bass style shit with a more upper crust London accent as opposed to grime like Foreign Beggars and the like.

My offer still stands to DM some more shit. If your friend has shown any interest in any artists thus far I can line you up with some proper shit to further their experience down this long and winding road.

well some people like some form of repetitive music...
you want electro jazz and thats gay,,,

I'm going off the point of the thread homie and the description of this persons friend and his musical taste. If you want to start a thread asking FOR repetitive electronic music, I'll have plenty of suggestions for that too.

we have very little description of the kind of music he wants. one of the pieces he brings us is more repetitive than most people posted.

there are like 20 genres that would fit his needs, but all of them are low level art when compared with high class electronic music...

I mean, there's going to be some degree of repetition in MOST music.

Wherever the fuck you found that euro trash shit, you win dude. I like you now and I want to share music with you cause I'll be damned if I'm not dropping that shit in a mix here ASAP.

Yeah but let's keep it real fam, electronic music is typically by nature and design repetitive as fuck. Granted, I enjoy that shit. I'm a musician with a long history of throwing shows and enjoying hard drugs and harder music. Give me some solid pressies and some richie hawtin and I'm just fine but that's not what this kid was askin for.

Some of the following may not even be close to what someone might be looking for when you think “electronic music”. Maybe that’s what your looking for though? Definitely mostly more low key and hybrid in some cases:

I would suggest Air too but they are pretty old and suggesting LCD Soundsystem to your friend would more than likely just irritate them despite the fact they very much apply.

Última edición:
So I did some serious listening to parts of my playlist:
Aside from the pretty consistent beat and sounds used, this gets remarkably intense and frankly doesn't strike me as repetitive at all.
Same here tbh.

Your mileage and your friend's mileage may vary but honestly, these don't sound repetitive to me at all and they both go off-road pretty frequently.
