I just saw it and it was pretty wholesome actually, it reminded me of what Dreamworks could and should be.

I watched it with family, it was good, I like how it made actually relatable teen/kid problems, and handled them in a way that was much more realistic than the many recent Pixar movies dealing with similar issues.
I feel like because it was made/influenced by someone who actually has children himself, it just felt more grounded and real, than something made by manchildren trying to groom kids with the LGBTphabet.

Saw it with the kiddos but no matter how good it could possibly be I just fucking dispise that specific voice adam Sandler puts on. I genuinely like Adam Sandler, the early happy Madison movie have always been comfort movies for me and he's proven his chops, and extreme Judaism, with punch drunk love and uncut gem but anytime he's does that fucking disgusting throat voice I want to floss my ears with barbed wire.
Fine movie other wise, brave of Adam Sandler to come out as a scalie
