That video actually documents the culmination of his Tour de Wank all over southern Sweden.
He was at this outdoor swimming pool area (not a beach), watched some trap video, got horny, sent a video of himself blowing his load to some chick and started livestreaming at the pool area. He was becoming so agitated that his loyal trolls feared that he was going to start jacking it in public and got in touch with the pool manager, alerting him to the fact that an insane man is recording lewd videos on the premises.
The manager is not actually fighting Lennart (who is making fun of the manager's last name), but slapping the phone from his hand.
He was thrown out and resurfaced in the Göteborg area where began pestering the same woman he had been sending videos to earlier. He was taken into custody by the police after loitering outside her house and her parents' house for three days.
The trial was for that incident, and for when he sent nudes to an underage kid who had been trolling him.
He got a suspended sentence+fine+damages. The stay in the psychiatric ward is not court-mandated apparently, but brought on by his condition in general.

Lennart seems to have passed away. He is no longer found on sites where you can look up criminal convictions (ratsit), as well as from common address lookups.
A user on flashback said he had been found dead some time after a scheduled medicine injection.
Might as well be a hoax as "Alien Mantis" is know to be up to shenanigans from time to time, though I would place my bet on him having passed.
A lot of users, including me, were worried as to what would happen when his mental state got better.
Seeing everything that has happened, how he blew through all his moneys and made questionable sexual advancements, it's no big suprise that he would be horribly depresseed and regretful when coming back to his senses.
I really hope this is not the case, however until I hear anything convincing to tell me otherwise I assume the worst.
I hope all the edgy "Alien Mantis" wannabe puppetmasters find themself in a similar situation when they are down on their luck.

I saw his thread was active again when I was browsing the Sista utvägen subforum on Flashback earlier today but I didn't think it was because he had (or is rumored to have) died.

What the current rumors are saying is that he died of a stroke on the 30th September.
Edit: I'll be watching Lennart's Last Resort thread like a fucking shithawk and get back when there's confirmation of anything.

There are still a lot unexplained circumstances regarding the strange death of Mr Bladh. At least 3 different dates for his death have been reported: 24th and 30th September and 1st October, and two different causes of death: stroke and suicide. However, it is known that he was still alive on September 22nd, because he uploaded a video that day.

Dude was doing at the minimum TRT doses of testosterone, coming off gear is usually very depressive even if done correctly with all the precautions, if he got suddenly institutionalized and forced off exogenous testosterone with no chance at a proper PCT like administering human chorionic gonadotropin, suicide seem probable.

Don't they do that in all civilized societies?
The Swedish tax agency handles the population registry here (it's important to know if one of your tax payers or ex tax payers has died, after all) and it's possible to call them and ask about certain details about other individuals, especially if you know their national ID number.
