Okay, I know next to nothing about Lord of the Rings, and even I can see the issue here. Saruman is working with Sauron to conquer Middle-Earth. Yes, a good chunk of the orcs starving to death is an awful thing, but it's either that or the incredibly dangerous Dark Lord taking over the world.

You can tell whomever made this comic only ever saw the movies because a) Sauron did more to industrialize the Orcs than Saruman ever did, Saruman’s “major” contribution was breeding Uruk-hai so his army could march under light of day, and b) Eomer and Aragorn and Faramir just had any orcs they came across executed anyway.
Considering Sauron’s ideal world was one of predetermined efficiency void of dissent or choice (conveniently determined by Sauron), modern leftists would absolutely scramble to swear fealty to him.

My favorite political memes are the ones that are completely incomprehensible unless you have the same exact constellation of mental illnesses as the person who made them. It's like when we uncover 2000 year old graffiti that makes absolutely no sense, except instead of being separated by millennia, we're separated by the portal that takes you to crazytown.
