It was on a page with a bunch of leftymemes I was scrolling through but I think it's meant to be laughed at from both sides cause great googley moogley does that pizza look horrifying. Not brainwashing kids under highschool age apparently means gay people are being genocided though, and that, in of itself, is ironically poignant since it implicates no grooming = genocide. Also petroleum based food dyes are really bad for your brain because of the long chain sulfur chemicals in them and gay people are insane and also love consuming themed products, regardless of the cost, which is one of the things that make them such juicy paypigs. There's a lot to unpack here.

This meme always pisses me off because it assumes several things.

  • That the seed and machinery used for planting is free, and the labor involved is free
  • That raising animals is free, including feed, manpower, medical care, and land
  • That the tending of the crops and the manpower and machinery needed is free
  • That the harvesting of the crops is free
  • That the harvesting of meat is free
  • That the transportation of the crop/meat is free
  • That the conversion of the resource is free
  • That the packaging of the resource (now labeled under the catchall of "Food") is free
  • That the transfer of the resource to the distribution point is free
  • That from the distribution point to the next distribution (sometimes on other continents) is free
  • That from the distribution to the retailer is free
  • That the retailer should give it away from free.
These dipshits assume that the cost should be sucked up along the entire way.

They have no idea that from infrastructure to labor to input resources, food is EXPENSIVE to make.

It isn't "OUR labor" that made it so we conquered scarcity.

It's the use of resources, labor, machinery, and the ability to move products across long distances, manufacturing systems, and much much more.

But these faggots see a box of Captain Crunch, jam a Funco Pop in their ass, and post about how we beat food scarcity.

Except, transportation and distribution is our BIGGEST hurdle right now.

The steps from going to taking a portion of last years crop and planting it to the box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch they want to buy and are mad it costs money are IMMENSE, time consuming, and resource consuming.

But no, just post a picture of that retard Bobby made to look like a fictional character, write some stupid shit, and think you're right.

Capitalism has kept more people from starving than any of those bullshit they've ever looked at.

But if they had their way, they'd enslave the farmers and force everyone to work in the Funco Pop mines.
