There are many LOL reasons to want Laura to win, but it would be interesting to see how the big socials would react if she were to become a member of the House. Would Twitter/Facebag deny her alone from having an official account? Typically US politicians have a campaign account and a seat of office account for the various socials. She either hasn't tried or was denied the political campaign account, but would they dare do the same if she was a sitting member of Congress?

As others have said, she has literally no chance at victory, since the district has a CPVI of D+9, and she's a fucking nutcase on top of that.

I love that one of the main reasons she's campaigning is to force Twitter to unban her, because if she runs, she can claim Twitter is interfering with her election.

It's so petty.

John couldn't even get his opponents to acknowledge his existence during their campaigns. It wasn't just the incumbent, none of the longshot candidates mentioned him. John is such a no name dumpster fire that even exposing him for being the lying grifter he is would have damaged Lynch's campaign by merely giving him attention.

Heck, the Democrat runner up almost has the same number of votes as Laura. Maybe votes are still coming in, but right now that's not showing a lot of voter enthusiasm for Laura.

Wu was at least running in a Democratic district against an incumbent who was at least semi-vulnerable. Loomer is running in a heavily Democratic district against a fairly prominent, entrenched Democrat (whose district includes Mar-A-Lago); it would take an enormous Republican wave, which isn't happening this year, coupled with a huge scandal and/or campaign misstep by the incumbent, which also isn't going to happen, in order to make the seat even close to competitive. Even then, Loomer is fucking crazy, so it still probably wouldn't happen even if everything was perfect.

You see this sort of thing a lot, actually. Democrats will run in safe Republican districts against well-known, often reviled, Republican incumbents, while Republicans will run in safe Democratic districts. Other than Loomer, the biggest ones this year, as far as I can remember, are Joe Collins in California (who, along with Omar Navarro, is definitely lolcow material), Kim Klacik in Maryland, and the former police officer running against AOC in New York.

There won’t be any debates. It’s a safe dem seat, and there’s no reason for the incumbent to engage at all. Loomer will be completely ignored. I don’t they’ll ever even mention her name in public. They’ll probably send a couple of fundraising e-mails saying “I’m running against a literal crazy person who believes in crisis actors” to rake in some easy cash, but that will be the extent of it.
 
Trump should’ve dumped Pence for the 2020 and brought Loomer on as the first woman Vice-President.
Let’s go full on crazy train.

Loomers lunacy can realy help her with that. she is insane enough to run ads calling the jewish incumbant antisemitic for not condeming the squad and BLM...
She will do everything possible to win, the race could get dirty and close.

And about the Wave, Trump will destroy Joe in the Sunbelt, the Latino Vote will be pretty low.

Twitter has stated that several of Trump's tweets would have been removed if he wasn't the president. So yes if a banned person won a public office, Twitter would likely let them have an official account and wouldn't delete their batshit tweets. Not sure if they'll let you do it while you're just running.
 
Wow, what a victory for based nationalists! Hopefully she does as much for Florida as Sargon did for the UK.
