The funny part is that LJ's own insanity is taking a backseat to her mom's. Apparently the autists calling her a retard on the internet have somehow managed to rewrite her biometrics? Which one of you is getting paid by Xi Jinping to alter Lillee's fingerprints and retina scans? Now I really want to see bodycam footage of the eviction just to see if either Laur or LJ starts screaming about us broadcasting on her fillings. WERE IN YOUR WALLS AND YOUR TEETH LAUR AND YOU STILL NEED TO PAY THE DENTIST!
 
Idk why I'm surprised they actually got the boot. Im so used to cows getting a pass or working something out at the 11th hour but I suppose these two got many years of that already and the bucks gotta stop somewhere.

RIP to whoever doesnt do a background check and rents to them next.

That's probably their next step once they fail to find another small time landlord to con: a squatting grift where they file fake papers in an attempt to possess an empty house.

Marge Palermo tried this a few years back, moving into the empty house in Queens belonging to one of her nursing home clients and claimingthe house was a gift. Others try filing a quit claim deed to get possession. Scammers pass this info around, claiming you can buy a whole house for the ~$4k quit claim filing fee.

There are a large number of housing scammers in Queens for whatever reason, but they depend on the scammer being able to physically resist any attempts to remove them. You also need to be okay living without utilities for extended periods of time. I don't see Lillie and Laur having that kind of balls.
 
Why the fuck would any homeowner in their right mind ever try to rent to anyone in Queens, knowing what we know now? Fuck that, Laur scammed Vincent out of THREE YEARS of rent - rent that he's going to have to fight like hell to see any of because of Laur and LJ's refusal to work.

If evictions in Queens take three years I just don't see the incentive there. Let the corporate owners deal with it instead, fuck that noise.

...y'know Lillee Jean was never evicted. Neither was Earl. So I'm going to assume the next apartment they squat in will be under one of their names.

Earl and Laur were definitely evicted, twice. Both of them were on the leases.

They may have tried preserving their precious daughter's credit so they could use it for the next apartment scam, but Laur ruined that by having Lily get extensive orthodontic work done as soon as she turned eighteen on her brand new credit - then never paying it back. Lilly has debt both to her orthodontist and to the IRS.

So Lillee is twenty-five with no rental history, no work history, and bad credit, which makes her just as ineligible for a new lease as her bankrupt, twice evicted parents are.

My dream cow crossover would be Marg+Laur meeting and feeding off of each other's delusions about fame and their respective daughters. It would be absolute cinema akin to the documentary I Think We're Alone Now.
