Veneers are terrible for a person's teeth and they require constant maintenance/replacement every 10 years or so, and even with perfect care they can irreparably ruin one's teeth and jaw. I really don't recommend that you look up pictures of it unless you have a strong stomach.

Lol, joke's on Laur because the NY appellate court is closed for thr summer. The next cases on the docket won't be heard until September. Unless she can get on the docket - and she's already been denied twice - that eviction warrant is valid for any and every day after 5/25/26.

I also noticed that despite being told by the court that she's still trying to call the wrong party into court multiple times, she's still filing against the imaginary Vincent Zhen, and not her actual landlord.

Finally: While browsing the 128k rows of the eviction .csv file as I was making a table from it, I noticed that the vast majority of evictions are just lock changes (Not Evictment, Possession Only). Almost all evicted parties in NYC move out before the marshal comes. It's a rare case when they turn up to change the locks on an eviction warrant and the tenant is still there. The Truemans are that rare breed who decide to squat after thr lock change is complete.

That's gotta be deliberate. The dumbass probably still thinks she can pull the same trick and get away with it this time. Laur already got caught once trying to force a default ruling in her favor with this shit, got reprimanded for it, and despite what I'm sure she thought was a brilliant idea, failed miserably because for some reason, the courts actually check for this shit.
