No clue, he appears to be acting as an antagonist in the dlc. But since the dlc takes place within the mold itself, it could just be like a mold version.

Although there’s proof in the assets of the game he may have been meant to originally be the fifth house Lord and he’s an owl crest in his carriage.

Yea, there was no way he wasn't already somewhat like the lords to begin with, even without the stuff in the files. I personally wanted alternate ending dlc, but this will do as well. I just can't get over his fucking mask. Emo looking bastard.

Yea. You're right. But still, it just looks weirdly out of place on the guy. I do hope he gets a Gross boss fight form like the other ones, he has peak horrible boss monster potential.
Though, I'm more interested of the implications of "within the mold", but I'm not going to sperg out.

Same thing with the game itself. People hate it because of the path it's taken, but I think it's a fun, goofy game with some good scares thrown in and an interesting story.
