Guy uses Daz3d probably. The way it does tits is weird. On the full set you can see where the tit connects and just seems kinda off. The face is a bit off too, and the genital add-on is Golden Palace I think.
I've done hobby work with Daz3d. These people make bank buying $20 assets and pumping out a couple pics a month. It's insane.

Tried some whale heart sashimi today…Pretty good, it had just the right texture, not as tough as cow heart. Good with garlic or salt.

What's the barrier to entry with Daz3d? I sorta tried getting into SFM but got dissuaded when I saw the gap between big high end names who make several K a month on Patreon and most of the rest who only pull 1-200 and there wasnt any way I was getting That good within a reasonable amount of time.
