In my case I would say yes. It did help a little with taking the meds. But I'm not on the medication anymore so I stopped that.

As far as the coffee part Well I think it did the same thing. But the problem is actually the cost of the grape fruit going up drastically.

I-LOVE-MY-COFFEE, but I know what negative effects it does to me because of being older than dirt.

So what I have done was mixing 50-50 of decalf (which I got free) and regular coffee to get by. I don't get the usual coffee headache when I go without.

In my case, it took the caffeine edge that I get at times. So far so good.

Just try not to get old, as it fucking sucks when things start to break down.
