Because comedy (absurdist comedy in particular) involves holding up a mirror to society at an odd angle, so that the image warps and contorts into a parody of itself.

Sometimes, however, you can get the same effect by just holding it straight.
South Park has been doing that for years. Hell, Panderverse did the race and genderswap pandering to make fun of it and wound up doing it better than everyone else.

As for Lady Ballers, I have no desire to see anything made by Daily Wire (I can't stand Shapiro) but hopefully this is another step in the right direction to make it okay to mock this insanity.

Checked IMDB and it has good reviews. 7/10 is an actually good number. I suppose Letterboxd might be a bit more biased? (I haven't checked yet)

How does dressing up like women (The same way that troons do) help win the culture war?
I haven't watched the movie yet, but for what I know, the message is not that "yay, crossdressing!" but rather how easy is to cheat the system and most people won't notice they've been scammed.

Saw the trailer in MATI and the "trigger the libs" larp at the start made me audibly cringe, but as it went on it got some chuckles out of me. I'd even say little Ben had a sense of humor if I wasn't convinced he'd shit blood at a movie mocking the ADL called "Anoda Shoa!".

I also find it really funny how this is the sort of shit Adam Sandler or Rob Schneider would have done 15 years ago without any eyebrows being raised.

I watched it today. It was surprisingly funny. The amateur cast was clunky, but the script was good and it wasn't just the one joke.
How cringe was it? I give 0 shits about spoilers, so best joke and worst joke?
Color me surprised that lord feeder enjoyed it though I see his semitic detector was pinging all over the place.

It is interesting it rates that high despite every influencer that theoretically supports it, and some of the Kiwis here, saying it sucks.

Because it's a silly comedy like we used to have? Nobody's gonna say that American Pie is a masterpiece, but people laughed with it and that's enough to say "it's good". Or Porky's or Police Academy. Normies enjoy this kind of entertainment for a reason.
