I didn't realize that Thanksgiving parades were even a thing (except Macy's of course) until yesterday, when I saw some posts about the 400th anniversary parade in Plymouth.

It's not impossible it's Rittenhouse/BLM related. But seems odd for its location. Just as it's a bit odd for how out of place Waukesha is for an Islamic attack.

Could be totally unrelated to either. Could be just fucking odd.

I believe it's related. The evidence points to it. The proximity to Kenosha. The nature of the attack is reminiscent of Charlottesville. The description of the perp as a black male with dreads. It all fits with BLM/Rittenhouse-related, but the fact that it isn't in Kenosha proper might mean that it was done impulsively.

I'll double down on that impulsivity theory if there were no parades or whatever in Kenosha in the last few days and weaken my lean on this if it turns out there were.

Wouldn't surprise me they selected a target with a lot of people and possibly many of them white conservatives. Remember protests and riots erupted everywhere with BLM and ANTIFA. So them driving out of the way isn't impossible.

Could be the biggest parade in a small city in the area. Meaning, Chicago and Milwaukee will probably know how to handle parades/large crowds and shit, but littler cities don't.

It's also moot. Whatever group he claims affiliation with gets the credit, regardless of whether it was sanctioned or not.

Wisconsin has a decent sized meth problem as well, so never underestimate the tweaker angle. Even if it is Rittenhouse related, it's probably someone with serious mental illness finally snapping.

Streetlights (and power) are out across parts of Waukesha. My first thought would be that the red SUV crashed into a pole but it didn't. Saw someone say it might be deliberate to encourage people to get indoors.
