I was catching some spectrum vibes from the guy watching him live. Richards saying "he's lived here his whole life" doesn't necessarily translate to "he still lives with his parents and gets home care twice a week", but it doesn't necessarily not translate to that either.

I don't know how open Virginia's legal system is, many states allow you to buy copies of everything online.
Wisconsin doesn't, Rackets has been hungry for the documents in Kyle's case and he either has to pay someone to go into the Kenosha courthouse in person to get copies or have them literally shipped to him.
