Most of the time, defense lawyers are working to stop scumbags from going to jail. I'm not surprised that he's having a tough time dealing with a case where his client is actually innocent.

In one sense it's a good thing if you don't have to say much to establish your defense. Rosenbaum tried to take his rifle. "Lucky as fuck guy" tried to jump kick him in the head.
