I always thought the whole 'assault gifs sent me to the hospital' story was just Kurt lying, but I'm leaning more and more toward the belief that Kurt really does have some brain damage. I just don't know how else to interpret what's happened with him for the last couple years.

I swear Kirk Eichenwald is the higher profile equivalent of RemembrancerBex/Becky Hernandez; all we need is a comment from him about not having spoons, a post from disney and a cry under a desk and the transmogrification will be complete.
Wife probably got it from her boyfriend and decided to blame the old man on the plane, knowing Kurt is stupid enough to buy it and/or can't call her on any of her shit because she knows where the little boy skeletons are buried.

I usually just skip through all of Kurt's long twitter thread ramblings, but I enjoyed this one about American Airlines trying to kill him and revealing his wife has hepatitis. Also, missing a 'meeting' but getting it pushed back, because he is sooo important.

Was she in some way spreading her fecal matter to the immunodeficient man? Hepatitis is not airborne. It is blood borne or via investing fecal or otherwise contaminated food. Unless she was breast feeding the guy in the next seat there wasn’t anything there to worry about. A medical doctor would know that. She was probably a greater risk to everyone else on the plane if she used the toilet. The only risk to her neighbor would have been her using the toilet, then handling his food.
It sounds like she sat next to an old guy and found out the next day that she had hep, and wanted to contact the guy and warn him that she had it, and he should get tested or something. Doesn't matter, it's likely a completely false story and even if it's not, I'm sure Kurt managed to fuck up the details.

Here's a question: why isn't his wife vaccinated against Hepatitis? I know type C doesn't have one, but both A and B do. New York has some of the strictest laws on the book for mandatory vaccinations (at least in children), so why wasn't she vaccinated?

All of this started because he didn't look to see what gate his flight left from. Nor did he look at the board at the gate to see if the flight number matched. What was printed on his boarding pass and on his phone app were the supreme authority and only an announcement over the PA system would change his mind.
Then AA takes pity on him and gives him a stand-by ticket for the next flight. This confuses and enrages Kurt because he isn't guaranteed a seat. THE E-MAIL AND APP SAID SO! How unfair.
Then he gets frightened he might lose his old man pills. Then he regales up with a story about him and his wife going full sped on AA and demanding they disclose passenger information because she has hepatitis and the world needs to know.
Kurt's a narc. His whole "I'm not wrong. The world is wrong." then grandstanding makes it pretty plain. How dare they treat the great Kurt Eichenwald this way. He missed a meeting he almost missed. For this inconvenience they must pay. He will get his revenge on twitter.

Oh dear lord! He will never ever back down or admit he was wrong, will he? No really Hepatitis DOES NOT work this way. "Infectious Hepatitis" is spread via poor hygiene and food handling!!! (and what exactly does that say about his wife?)
I don't know about you all. But I am anxiously waiting for Kurt's review of The Incredibles 2. That should be entertainment gold. I figure multiple lolsuits will be involved.
