Even my safe pick of the pooner zoo (hits to close to home) is already taken. I guess the matchmaking threads or any thread that gets polluted with people asking for a girlfriend.

I'd like the AI discussion thread to have more fruitful discussion than the furry artists on twitter wanting to bomb data centers, but the people on there have no understanding of the average offline persons opinions are of AI, or the general trends of AI's capabilities going forward, or the potential dangers of AI. AI should be used in every artform and job and anyone who disagrees is a furry porn addict

I feel like i should clarify, I think someone wanting to blow up data centers is something worthy of derision, but there's usually nothing about people on the opposite end who affirm their delusions with AI or make failed projects using AI, in fact I would say the audience for the AI community thread is the latter. For a community watch thread it's unusually on the defensive, seemingly offended at words like "slop" and "clanker", and posting their only technically impressive throwaway garbage that they found on youtube or deviantart to oogle at and own the anti-ai libs, which is fine but I feel like something as massive of a change to the internet as AI should need more than one thread.

Yeah, Jim’s thread has literally no discussion, or much in the way conversations about anything in the past.
