On Amazon, you can get a personalized Christmas ornament for around $10. Also:
Here is a link to a kit that will make 10 Scrabble style ornaments for $11.99. They look pretty nice, and have the "Handmade for you by CoolFool "factor
If they are crafty or a child, search Diamond Paintings under $10, and refine by prime and 4 stars and up. Read the reviews, this is all Chinese made, so... .But you can select them based on the recipient's interest and there is no learning curve- shit is dead easy. Looks pretty cool when done, and is relaxing to do. Just keep the picture simple- a 9x9 will not look like the promo photo they post. Check reviews for pics of finished product.
If they like hot and spicy, at this time of year you can snag hot sauce collections for that price point. The bottles will be small, but hot sauce people love to try new ones.
I don't know if people do this anymore, so maybe I'm lame, but Dolly Parton has released a new double CD of rock tunes. Buy it and burn them a copy and personalize the disc with Merry Christmas 2023. Between the eternal icon that is Dolly, and the rockers she collaborates with, not many adults would be disappointed with that gift. Dolly singing Stairway to Heaven and Free Bird will especially appeal to some folks. I bought this as a gift, so haven't listened to it, but reviews are solid. $20 on Amazon.
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to do some "ghost" shopping

I saw that a 1.5 lb canister of Royal Dansk was only $7, and I know someone who loves butter cookies.
