I had the same question because searching for garlic devices is cancer, there are a ton of them. Look for Chefn Garliczoom.

Looks interesting. Looks like it's easy to clean too. Only thing I don't like about the traditional method of using a garlic plate and brush is you have to wear gloves if you don't want the stink of garlic on your hands all evening. I like that you could use this just for garlic, and not worry about the lingering smell of garlic if that's all you use it for. Looks pretty cheap too, (£2.99 on ebay currently for anyone in the UK looking) and would probably survive a fair few blasts in the dishwasher.

Speaking of garlic, another thing that is a great little thing to have is a garlic peeling sleeve, it's just a silicone tube that you put unpeeled garlic cloves in and roll for a few seconds, and it peels the skin off without crushing the cloves like if you flatten them with a knife, and stops your hands and chopping board from getting stunk up with garlic smell. Saves so much fucking time if you are making pickled garlic or need whole cloves to slow roast.

This is going to sound like witchcraft, but stainless steel will completely remove the garlic odor from your hands. Just take a stainless steel utensil and rub it all over your hands under running water. They even sell little bars of it for just this purpose.

The metal soap bars are great. I cook onions a lot, and it prevents me from pulling out my fingernails with pliers as an alternative to the onion smell. Which is good.

Some people might disagree but a fuzzy logic rice cooker is super useful. I use mine for tons of stuff and having something that can reliably make staple food like oats and rice and keep them warm for hours upon hours is great.

I like my Stainless steel Mandoline, wasnt cheap but it cuts stuff very well and is super easy to clean and indestructable,

I have a bigass flat sheet of cast iron. On one side it's a griddle, the other side is a grill. Lay it across two stove burners, and you have something loosely resembling a real cooktop. I use it for everything that doesn't require a pan with sides.

Also my gongfu tea maker. If you like tea, it's the superior method of preparation.

Baking sheets with raised edges make great prep stations for messy foods. When I cut veggies or make sandwiches I use one like this so the mess is easier to clean up
