During the first year or so, I'd say PPP treated Andy more like an equal because the latter had been the only one available to work the technical side of streaming, and was also slightly more of an established character with intimate knowledge of the people in Ashton's sight hairs (namely Ralph). Now, their ranking on the totem pole has come to reflect the IQ differential between the two in the sense that PPP openly condescends to Warski in every ep.
Warski even during the skeptic days was your average dude bro who really only got as big as he did because like Jer he was around at the right time and gamed the algorithm. Unlike Jer and by extension PPP, he knows how to play nice and befriend people because he's a simple guy that folds pretty easily to peer pressure and a desperate need to be liked by others. He's never been good at the streaming game as evidenced by the million something podcasts he tried to launch during the first breakup with Ashton that ended up failing after the first episode.
