He is in jail per arrest reports, and the subreddit had inmate roster information I can't seem to find atm. Jord has talked about him being in jail (including telling everyone Warlord had been raped at some point) and though Josh has a habit of blatantly making shit up, as of now it seems to be true.

He's officially locked up for "failure to comply" but he has a nasty habit of beating the shit out of his wives and girlfriends on the reg, so I'd imagine it stemmed from some kind of domestic incident.
