Highly doubtful. There are these awful shelf stable meatballs you can find at places like Family Dollar which are made out of beef and pork and used toilet paper. They're vile. That also looks like cheap grape jelly. I'm assuming those are sweet pickles rather than dill, but that doesn't really help.
