I'd assume that compared to the other apartments in his complex Cobes's current one is in line with them. The carpet will probably need to be replaced due to the bog loads, but replacing carpet is pretty common in shit apartments.
 
I couldn’t imagine being the poor Mexican tasked with cleaning that apartment. Brings his industrial carpet cleaner in and it start moistening up the fibers. Just the smell of old cum, Doritos, and vomit hanging in the air. Rather clean up a crime scene.

I think a lot of these glass tapper fucks are zoomers. They can’t sit back and wait patiently. If shit doesn’t happen immediately, they gotta hit the refresh button — or in this case call the landlord to get an update. They won’t watch months of dry, occasionally interesting content, for a few gems. They want fucking compilation of funny boglim moments everytime they turn on his stream.

There was a big visible stain on the carpet when he moved into this current apartment. Which makes me think Clint worked out some kind of deal with them prior to moving Josh in.

Or maybe I'm being optimistic, and Clint was just being cheap and took the shitty unit on a discount. Either way that carpet was old and stained when he moved in, and while I have no doubt it's 100x worse because of Josh, I don't think it should be a huge issue like the last place. It would be getting replaced no matter who lived there, especially if they're remodeling buildings.

I'm sure they'll find plenty of other things to bill him for though, like you said.

There's literally nothing disrespectful about it. If you don't make a mess don't be a nuisance and don't destroy shit it's fuckin fine. Slight power level. Went to the cemetery at 12am with gf and smoked weed on Halloween (TMDWTFIU)

If you're not destroying their resting place I don't think the souls of the dead mind a living guest. How many of the graves do you think get visitors? I even cleaned the vines and shit off the old forgotten tombstones.

Colorado people go to Wyoming for fireworks. Wyoming people go to CO for weed. It’s a funny thing.
I’m surprised they didn’t take a road trip in the shitmobile.

I enjoy cemeteries, you can be respectful, drink a beer or smoke as well as enjoy the silence.
