I feel like having low tolerance would be a good thing to a normal degenerate, but cobes doesn't need to be fucked up, he needs to consume large quantities of whatever he's getting to be fucked up to look like a bad boy (who smells good).
Trying to look cool is going to kill him earlier than if he was just chasing his vices

I was just thinking earlier today about the time someone paid him $100 to brush he teeth and he winces in pain "ow, that stings."
It boglims the mind to think he is content with living in a state where IT PHYSICALLY HURTS TO CLEAN HIMSELF.

If it hurts to brush it's also hurting him while he eats, like you captured so amazingly with that clip. Again, great angle. I assumed he was just super sloppy drunk and eating like a fucking mongoloid but he so clearly shoves the food in the back of his mouth and has to work it to the front to start chewing.

Honestly, Warlord would probably love to have a few extra bucks for his meth habit, he would be far more motivated... not sure if he has a permanent mailing address though.
There are other casperites out there beyond what I mentioned, some cobra scholars could weigh in

I'm going to echo what others have said, cobra is completely tech illiterate, and is clinically retarded. Even if he could work a scanner, he wouldn't want to anyway
 
I think that it's strange that his only dishes are just cooked meat. No, potatoes or anything. Not even some bread to eat with the meat.

I'd also even think that it's strange not to have a side of veggies, but our boy doesn't eat veggies lol.

probably the PO box. or possibly one of the head/smoke shops near him. idk how it is in Wyoming but I live in a state where weed is illegal, but we have several "dispensaries" that started selling d8 stuff years ago and in the past 2 years or so they've expanded to also having tons of normal d9 edibles as well. a lot of it is like 10-15mg candy/edibles and come in packs of ~20 so you're getting 200-300mg total but you have to eat 20-30 nasty gummies or whatever. I regularly buy a 4oz flavored syrup that is 420mg, and another shop sells 350mg rice krispie treats, and those two have stronger effects than a lot of the edibles I've tried in legal states that were advertised as having anywhere between 500-750mg.

THC is not legal in Wyoming as far as I know. Keef sodas are THC soda and not even very good.
