He had a slightly oversized noggin in proportion to his body. Nothing crazy at first glance, it only became obvious when he would try on costume hats made for smaller people (he was around six feet tall I think) or look at him in the final days of the pie high hats lifespan before it started getting cute.

I recall a video of him trying to stretch a hat a trole sent him with his table vise. That was absurdly hilarious.
