He keeps saying "I got a term of lease." Which doesn't make sense. Is he trying to say that the term of his lease has expired? As in, he's gotten to the end of his contract and they are declining to renew it?

Also, he hasn't won the powerball yet.

He is saying that they are terminating his lease and not offering him to renew it. He's not being evicted, they just aren't letting him stay after his lease is up, which is this month.

They always sell out very fast. He should raise the price on them and get off his ass and actually start cranking them out. The scarcity is part of their value, but the fact they always sell in just a few minutes show they have a market. If he won't make more the only smart idea is to raise your prices.
I personally find his wand business one of the least shitty things he does. It's hilarious to me that these grubby painted sticks are actually sought after. And if you buy one from him, at least you get something, unlike muted DTTS

I don't think he's ever really had an issue with the wand sales. I think most people who buy them actually want them.
I'm pretty sure Etsy has a form of escrow service to make sure things arrive and payment changes hands, unlike paypal which will take money from anyone and then take it back if asked.

Those have to be jokes. My wand is painted so poorly, one coat of paint. It's rough and has paint specks and just honestly looks like shit. It's funny to have around though. So mote it be toobz.

I think people forget that Josh is basically a 12 yr old, trying to live as an adult. He is legit mentally disabled. What would a 12 yr old do, if he lived by himself, had a little bit of money, and could basically do whatever he wants?
 
I just watched the first ten minutes of his documentary. The bum talking like a black guy was like a Sam Hyde character. Can’t believe I’m just discovering this trainwreck.
