You know what? If North Korea actually ends up being the one to destroy the world, I won't even be mad. That's just funny.
 
Not for nothing, but that's just a normal volcano that's got two impressively explosive eruptions on its rap sheet. It is also located in the middle of nowhere.

So, if the Norks do make it explode, they might be responsible for staving off global warming for a year or two, rather than bringing about the end times.
 
Mt paektu is the legendary birthplace of Korea, it's also the place where the Kim's supposed birth at a small log house used as a anti Japanese guerrilla camp (he was actually born in Russia).

There's no limits to the irony of the world if this happens.
 
More and more, North Korea is sounding like a poorly-written Marvel supervillain rather than an actual nation. I mean, seriously, only a generic doomsday villain would want to start an apocalypse.
