I've yet to watch it but I'm getting serious early 00s home movie VHS vibes.
Before I even start I can tell that the camera settings left the majority of the shots completely over exposed.

Amazing. The first 'interview' ends with Meigh getting up to comfort a crying rozie while Ralph just sits at their table with his head in his hands for 20 seconds, then he gets up and it's just an empty shot for 5 seconds. Absolutely kino editing.
 
1000% hostage kino, the way he keeps driving the narrative is amazing. Ive been subjected to people who do this irl they are so out of tune with reality they think that talking in circles will change the mechanics of their situation. This, if anything is a great study in delusional behavior.
The more I see on kf the more self-aware I become so I wanna thank gunt and the horse he rode in on for making me a better person.

I used to gorge on White Castle because it was cheap and easy to get calories while not being far out of the way from college classes, but I was also a competitive athlete and needed it after going through my cafeteria points. How a 5’1 dude needs that in a meal when theyre sedentary WHILE consuming beer explains the nonElucidean gunt.

I think for the real experience with this I’ll need to move it over to Betamax and bribe a bum to pretend to be a local rental store, and get it for $5 not rewound, and watch it on a 15” tv.

That part made me laugh so hard that I went and watched the kdenlive tutorial in the Archival Tools thread so I properly could clip it
