It's happening again guys. The pain is exquisite. It's so sharp, so deep, so intricate and perfect. How can the human brain simulate so many layers of pain? This time on my right side. I know what it is to suffer completely oh what a wonderful life. It's like being slowly cut and stabbed from the inside by a precision torture artist, and this is only day 1. This could last weeks. My skin is turning yellow but I have not started to sweat yet. Wish me luck guys. It hurts so good.
 
Pain is mandatory, suffering is optional. Don't focus on it.
Have 3 servings a day of yougurt, drink plenty of fluids and pop couple Tylenol.
Drink lemonade.
 
I feel for you @MrTickles as I've had these bastard stones myself once & I agree, it does feel like being stabbed by a sadistic torturer. Lets hope your stones are friendly & tiny, not some violent, behemoth Jackstone like this.

Don't be afraid to bluntly ask your doctors for painkillers. Unless you're actively complaining to them, there's no feasible way for them to understand how you feel.
 
Ok so the pain is still there, but I managed to get some sleep. I can feel it has moved, thankfully doesn't seem to be a large one thanks to the speed of movement.

Also, EXERCISE IS THE REASON I dislodged this one from my kidney. The day before this episode I was at the gym doing some heavy squats and during the squats I felt a stab in my back side. The kidney stone was dislodged by exercise. Better it goes now than if it had grown bigger.
 
Cranberries helps with urinary shit I hear. Don't know about kidney stones, but you might try that.

Pain is gone, but that just means the stone is in my bladder now. I hope it dissolves/breaks up before it ends up in my penor.

Also I never ever drink soda. Only water.

I used to consume this stone breaker herb, chanca piedra, it seems to have worked (my last stone was over 2 years ago) i stopped taking chance piedra just last month and BAM back to kidney stones. I ordered some more thankfully it is dirt cheap.
 
If it hurts while you're pissing it out, you can break it up by hitting your dick with a hammer a few times.
