1. Not recommended is literally not recommended. It's not "kill it with fire", it's "not recommended".
2. Not true. I posted a review of a game on there and rated it "not recommended" (creepy, prompts for faggotry, extremely peddit about religion in the Middle Ages), Furin put it up as Informational.

3. It could be that having porn on there hurts more than helps. But I'm female and not a coomer, Furin is presumably male, I'll defer to his authority on this.
 
Wasn't sure on what thread to post this in, so I decided to post here. There was a new article that came out where a proposal was given to Democrats to understand straight white men through case studies of up to $20 million.

The point is that I don't think the woke in vidya is going to go away anytime soon and we will in fact never get a good video game ever again.

I also believe there is, in fact, a very discernable connection between autogynophilia, troons, their desire to obliterate actual women, futanari, (EDIT: rape without consent,) and fictional troons that look, sound and behave identically to real women.

...never mind that there's a severe disconnect in personality between the second (real) and the fifth (pretend), but what else did you expect from a cult that lives, breathes and bathes in hedonism.

Stardew Valley is... None? i mean the possibility of dating your same sex exists but the game doesn't push for it at all, you can just marry straight and that's it. Or not marry anyone.
All NPC couples are straight, all characters are straight. They turn "gay" if you ask them out only, which is completely avoidable.

Aside from that ConcernedApe did an heckin trasphobia recently and refused to add pronouns to the game despite the tumblrtroons shitting their pants about it, so he's cool in my book.
 
This is probably the best "le woke detected" curator on the internet, both because the rating scale isn't just Recommended / Not Recommended, and because the contributors actually understand vidya culture and aren't just Con Inc faggots jumping at the chance to call anything they don't like woke. Only issue is I wish I could recommend it to people without outing myself as a Kiwi Farms user

Unavowed has been on my steam backlog a long time, I like the dev's previous works but having a woman with head cover really raised a red flag for me. Happy to say it is very much a None/Mild, depending what you think of light historical anachronism with a "pirate queen" character that is in a small dialogue box. Technically there is gay sex referenced in it (not shown), but it's treated as an amusing punchline rather than drama. Game is alright, the idea of multiple routes and origins is a classic case of a fun idea that doesn't really pay off that well with the small scale and the massive amount of work to include it despite a single playthrough being enough.

A look at the gaming market proves you wrong. Woke games are flopping, indie games are thriving and there are good video games coming out every month.

Nothing with staying power like WoW though. Everything is tired and old slop. If you want to say that #19318 of 8-bit JRPG or looter-shooter, etc. is a sign the industry is reversing its 10+ year decline then be my guest.

I'm not sure what the gameplay is like although I've seen a little. It looks like it could have been a reasonably good sidescroller. But you have to love the irony of a woke game where the main message is "niggers steal things."

The other two ratings in thread have correct info. I just wanted to add a bit that bothers me basically. There is a "historian" character that essentially lets you find rare items. *Every* other NPC with unique dialog has fixed portraits but the historian randomly picks between a black male and female. I don't think I would've even noticed if it was always the same portrait but it's the only NPC that works like this.

You can quibble about all the make up of the other unique NPCs (there's a lot of hyper-competent women that are all "good guys" for example) but those are all unique portraits that you could argue is the actual character they wanted to make. By having the historian pick randomly but always be Black it really makes it seem like someone thought they needed some brain-rot representation and said "make the historian Black" with no other thought given to it.

Also when I get the sheboon it takes me out of it every time because I just can't suspend my disbelief and believe a sheboon is a traveling historian.

main (and sole, at the time of writing) artist is a literal fucking jew, what were you expecting?
also in lore there is a couple of lesbians that try to get the player character killed to flee but that story part is still incomplete.
