He already used up his last continuance. The Judge already told him "get your shit together before may 8th or im going to rule the case in katie's favor" but in legal speak. He's supposed to have evidence submitted by May 3rd.

If he is unprepared there will either be a default judgement against the defendant or he will be held in contempt in court this is usually in extreme cases and the judge may have him or his attorney pay for wasting the court’s time.

The judge was stern and stated there will be NO MORE continuances. I think he was hoping that Katie would get fed up with the delays and drop it altogether. Fortunately, the judge isn't playing games with the white trash wigger dish washer. He is also required to have all evidence he plans on using for his defense legally served to Katie.

I am eager to know what he could possibly show that would get him out of this. He has never been held accountable for his internet terrorism until now. FAFO.

Probably the RO gets approved, and a fine. I’m doubtful any jail time will come off this though I wouldn’t fault anyone for being hopeful. In my free time, I’ve been reading a book about Digital Forensics and it actually talks about cyberbullying online, there is a Federal Anti-Harassment Legislation, with 47 USC 223 being a anti harassment act to prevent those who use telecommunications to transmit “any comment, request, suggestion, proposal, image, and other communication which is obscene, with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person. I think Katie’s situation falls under this so if there to be jail time, It likely wouldn’t be more than two years. But don’t take my word as anything other than a possibility. Depends on the state, what’s presented, and the judge on what’s going to happen.
