I've been hearing positive things about this game.

However its only 9 hours apparently. Way too short.

Also it reminds me of Raya and the Last Dragon.

It looks better than it did, and it seems to have a good amount of exploration. Maybe it will scratch that itch that biomutant couldn't?

I mean 9 hours to beat a game sounds really good to me, too many games that are full of bloat now and for this style of game 6 to 12 hours seems to be the sweet spot.

The physical collector's edition comes out in November it seems, it's got a $50 price tag so they're not selling it at the full $70.

Yep, this game is actually pretty damn good. As already mentioned, it doesn't overstay its welcome. It actually rewards you for going off of the beaten path and exploring with combat upgrades. It also actually forces you to git gud in order to get past its combat encounters (particularly the bosses). There IS a dyke couple, but, believe it or not, it's treated as incidental (like it should be, if it should show up at all).
