I think we are all forgetting what's really important here.
Jasper has a right to meet his Auntie Jenna, and she has a right to meet her nephew. When Jasper gets older, how will Phil explain that he purposely kept Auntie Jenna out of his life? What if Jenna has gout and isn't able to tell Jasper and then he gets it? Gout is genetically passed from your aunt after all.
Think of the poor children in this whole fiasco. Jenna was locked in the closet because she was possessed by a demon. Jasper gets locked in the bedroom because there are squirrels outside. They have so much in common they can discuss.

Phil flees even verbal confrontation unless he's in his safe space where the person is unable to respond. Is he really going to tell his sister-in-law with the power of Satan on her side that she has to leave? Some of the questions about how she could possibly get into Phil’s condo here seem to underestimate the power of batshit whore making a scene. Think about the kind of people Phil probably lives around. If she gets to his door and starts shouting and ranting and banging on his door he can’t just ignore it. The second she mentions something like a Kat being a prisoner or Bill Gates killing people or hollywood pedophile rings Phil either has to let her in or the police will show up and make the situation worse.

So the aspergers statement is really interesting to me since I can kinda see it. People talk about how if Khet wanted to leave, she'd have left by now, but with the sperg/tism stuff that she might have, I think that calls it into question. A sympton of autism/aspergers is being heavily resistant to change, even small changes that are entirely inconsequential. This is beyond just a "oh I've just always driven this route to work" and into a "I need to take this route to work" even if, to keep the example going, there's a better route. It's hard to get a sperg or a tistic to change anything in their life because once a habit is built up, it becomes paramount to them.
So, why did I write that fucking novel? Khet has lived at Cheateau du Gout for a couple years now, yeah? She has all of her stuff in the places she wants it, has daily routines and habits that she has built up over that time, and is comfortable with her local area. Even if we assume she's unhappy with her marriage, she is going to have to choose between making a huge change that might be beneficial or keeping well within her comfort zone. The aspergers is going to make that a near impossible choice for her to make, unless she is forced into a situation where she needs to leave. Shit like this is why a lot of even mild autistics wind up living at home into their 30s-40s, and having hoarding issues.
This is all speculative obviously, and since we can't really know what's her deal when our only two references are a junkie begging people for money and Jenna, neither of which are reliable narrators of their own stories. I'm just saying that I can totally see this being the case and would be very fucking fascinating if true.
