His language bits are evergreen, and I will always lose my shit when I here the one about your own words. But his social commentary was reddit before reddit was a thing (he was still mostly correct in his assessment of boomers).
I also very much enjoyed his "things we all do but don't talk about" where he has a bit about doing a funny step when you think there's another step but there isn't, and the weird parallax thing chain link fences do. It was actual observational comedy, a novel idea!

Carlin is the same guy as Bill Maher, they are elevated by the regime because they are essentially safe-edgy. They let social pressure escape through their (correct) observations, but never channel the pressure escape into something that could challenge the system and instead just tell you to have a laugh about it and keep voting blue no mater who.

I wonder how many of the participants are new to the format. Not unusual to have DQs as long as it's a result of the RSOs actually being careful. It's when DQs are artificially lowered by normalization of risk that you have to worry.

Maybe it's generational, but I bristle a bit at that comparison. Carlin, to me, felt like a comedian first who would add social commentary to his stuff (I always loved his "Shell shock" bit). Maher strikes me more as a commenter who wants to be a comedian- but he's not good enough at it to go big time. So he'll have a political show and shoehorn in his standup during a short segment.

Woodland Brutality 2026 Results are up.

Lots of incomplete scores and no-shows.

Karl also apparently didn’t shoot at all.

Edit: 9 DQs too.
Most of the matches I’ve shot have all been smaller club level matches. But 9 DQs sounds astronomical to me. The most I’ve ever seen at one match was 2. It’s probably the lunatic demographic he’s trying to appeal to and they’re incapable of safe firearms handling

Could also be bad course design as well. A lot of Brutality stages in the past have flirted with the 180 rule, all it would take was one poorly thought out course to catch people out in significant numbers.

last year Woodland had 7 DQs; mostly 180 violations from novices that didn’t keep their muzzles down range when moving right to left as right handed shooters.

Brutality attracts too many novices that should shoot more club level events to learn basic match procedures first,

The percentage of DQs isn’t crazy though. For comparison SMM3G the longest running 3 gun match had 17 DQs out of 361 shooters this year or 4.7% DQ rate. If you’re actually racing, sometimes people crash. The most common DQ offenses are 180 violatons taking targets on the move or dropping guns.

9/198 at woodland is 4.5%; similar to another major match. USPSA multigun nationals had 5/122 shooters DQ; 4.1%. 4-5% DQ rate at matches is normal.

PCSL Nationals had 12/388 people get DQed; they also have a warning system though so many offenses don’t automatically get DQed.

The incomplete scores and no-shows is the weird thing with Woodland 2026 results. It looks like a tablet didn’t get synced or is missing or something.

How many of those are trannies killing themselves?
So that’s at least 7 trannies making it 52% instead of blasting up yet another Christian school. Nice.
*snip*

Can’t those pantifa queers just identify as the winner?

recent major uspsa match i went to had 10 DQs out of just over 300 people. So it isnt too crazy

Some stage planners also love introducing 180 rule bait. During walkthroughs I usually double check, ask the RO’s, and keep thinking “Why would they do this” and out of 40-50 people there will be more than a handful of upper level guys who try to fly through the course too fast and a few new shooters who just plainly take the bait.

Not saying it’s the case here

Could the issue be with this match is that it is right in the middle of the mid-Atlantic eastern United States where there isn't a gun club scene or match frequency like Arizona would have? For example, a local gun club has one match a month, it's nothing fancy and the bays are limited in how a stage is set up. Other gun clubs in the area won't even entertain this sort of shooting and only want sitting down at a table to shoot at one shot every five seconds.

The eastern United States is a hard area to do this sort of shooting because there is limited outdoor ranges and even more limited ranges willing to take on the risk of an action match. It will only get worse as the gun control bills spread since now VA's AWB has five weeks left until it takes place, Maryland is ratcheting down their laws, and PA looks like the next domino to fall. Good luck flying into Dulles and transporting these weapons to a match in the WV pan handle because you're violating state law with the standard capacity magazines.

Just my two cents.

There is a lot of demand for multigun in that part of the country because there aren’t many venues.

Nonetheless people should still shoot USPSA, idpa, steel challenge, or whatever else is available locally to them to get some kind of match experience before showing up to a multigun major.

I agree the bans are going to cause more logistical issues.

Then I probably misinterpreted what you wrote. I thought you were talking about two and three gun action matches where you have to worry about moving around with a rifle or shotgun. A lot of the pistol matches I have done, you can just get away with pointing the pistol downrange as you move and that's way easier to do with one hand as opposed to carrying around a slung shoulder fired weapon. That is a little harder to get prepared for if you can’t do it at a local match setting.

He really is jerking himself off so hard he is about to break his arm. "We had some Practiscore challenges as, which have been dilligently resolved by IRTV staff (someof who didn't even attend the event)". Karl, we all know you are the staff that didnt attend you are talking about and are specifically wanting ass pats for. Also will be hard to see them at brutality again if you dont show up.
Remember when the match footage was the big draw of his channel, now he can't get match footage from his own match for the channel. Talking about the gay indigenous armed uprising against the racist oppressors #673 takes priority.

There’s videos of the stages from Woodland 2026 up on YouTube from people who attended already.

You can find more at that channel.

5 stages of what looks like a 2 Gun Club match from 10 years ago for $400 with no prizes seems pretty insane. Karl is delusional in thinking this is the best one they’ve ever run. The stages used to be longer, with cool shit like vehicles and machine guns and harder physical challenges. Now it’s just a social freak show.

People I know say they’re not going to go again, even if it is the only place they can use weird guns. Sad to see the slow death of something that used to be great.

I archived it incase the trannie decided to delete it when the big mean CHUDs of K***F**** start making fun of xir.

You're right, this looks like a stage from a Desert Brutality ten years ago. People paid $400 for this shit? And no prizes?
