Jupiter Hell - Your Favorite Character Builds

I first heard about Jupiter Hell on this forum and immediatly fell in love with it. I'm having some trouble beating the final area Io, usually I play Technician and go for Entrenchment master skill. Anybody have a favorite build or reccomend a particulary strong one?

Tried to get into this game. Can't. Don't know if it's the graphics style or the gameplay or whatever but it just didn't click for me.
