I don't see it as loss, or even a gain. This shit's just been a somewhat minor holiday forever now that nobody talked about until recent years with all the racial division shit getting shoveled down people's throats. You'd think they'd rename it or something now that it's some big marketing tier holiday or whatever but nah.

It's gonna end up like what black history month has become. Black history month uused to primarily be a thing for schools to focus on the significant cultural achievements and contributions of Black people in american history IIRC but the last few years it's more or less been "BLACK PEOPLE! YEAH! BETTER THAN WHITE PEOPLE INVENTED LIGHBULB FILLAMENT AND PEANUT BUTTER N SHIET!" It's kinda been given a similar treatment to Pride month with the steady over-corporatization of the whole thing. Shit sucks but that's how it is on this bitch of an earth.
 
American culture is centered around niggers. They have holidays for niggers. They enslaved niggers, then killed hundreds of thousands of white men, to free niggers. They elected a nigger as their president. They dress and act like niggers. They watch sportsball in worship of niggers. Their biggest event of the year involves throwing parties in honor of niggers playing sports. They use nigger slang like, "bruh" and, "thot". Just like niggers.

When you say, "Martin Luther", they're not thinking of the father of Protestantism. They're thinking of a nigger. Their cities are completely overrun with niggers. They worship their ZOGbot police force that's disproportionally filled with niggers, and their global police force of soldiers filled with niggers. Their men sit around watching niggerball while their women sit around watching nigger talk shows and fantasizing about nigger dick. They worship niggers like Muhammad Ali, Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan and Mike Tyson, while attacking the whites who actually built their country, before niggers took over. Their movies are filled with niggers and their music charts are topped by niggers.

They send niggers to the Olympics and celebrate when the niggers win, because those niggers are true, red-blooded, American niggers. They watch nigger porn to a point were the acronym, "BBC" doesn't make them think of an international media company - the British Broadcasting Corporation - but about nigger penises, instead. They will tell you how much they hate niggers and how the "mutt's law" meme is a stale joke and they are only pretending to love niggers, but the evidence speaks for itself in that America has always been and always will be a nation of nigger-loving niggers.
 
I'm not American so I've never heard this stupid word (we have black people but they're fine since they're also not American) and this has been bugging me for weeks. There's seven teenths in June so it's a fucking awful name to put so close to the most specifically named holiday. Unless it's meant to be another whole week of Black History? So I finally just looked it up. Nuke yourselves
 
I personally don't care about this and even if someone on here is a turbo racist, it's potentially another day off of work. Which is based. However, as expected, I saw a lot of chimpouts about Forth of July on white guilt twitter about how "well not EVERYONE was free". You already have a fucking holiday for that which is indeed Juneteenth. Go grill some corn and shut up faggot. You're ruining the barbeque.
 
1/4th of Slaves died of starvation after Emancipation because dumbass abolitionists didn't think about what would happen when they tore apart the old order and replaced it with nothing. The South was also a flaming train wreck. Celebrating Juneteenth is like celebrating 9/11.
 
As a white, Northern, Yankee whose ISP address says I live in Canada, why should I care about some holiday that doesn't affect me? Free the slaves? None of my ancestors had slaves because they still all lived in Europe in 1865.

White guilt is one hell of a drug. A lot of the fervent people eating up the race-mongering shit are people that weren't even in this country when slavery was around, black or white.We have people going at each other for sins of the fathrs shit where said fathers werent even fucking around for the supposed sinning. I've been called all sorts of horrid shit by white people obsessed with politics shit for the sake of black people slaves in a country my family came to long after the conflict ended. People in current day seem to have fully embrace the hollywood-ified version of history as well where the south was EVIL RACISTS THAT WANTED SLAVES. Not sure how the fuck it is nowadays but when I was in highschool fucking YEARS in the past the history notebooks were pretty fucking to the point explaining just the shit that happened and peoples reactions to it in a way where you could get the nuance of the whole situation. I didn't see this shit start getting super fucking prevalent till some point in the mid 2010s, much like almost all other fakeass politics shit we've been dealing with. Shit sucks.
