I recently received a juicer that's around ten years old. I've made a few cups of apple juice and I must say, homemade is so much better than store bought "juice."

Throw in shit like raw carrots, spinach, and cucumbers when you make juice for an easy serving of vegetables. Don't overindulge, fructose is still sugar after all. Make sure you drink plenty of plain water as well.
I've been planning to try and add vegetables eventually. Not because of nutritional content, but because vegetables are cheaper. None of my juice experimentation has anything to do with being healthy, I just like juice.

Lucky for you vegetables have little to no fructose, so depending on what you juice, you can have as much as you want. Just juice cucumbers or something, they're pretty low carb, so you can drink more delicious plant blood. Better yet, if you have access to a place to garden, grow some. Best of luck on your juicy journey, and don't accidentally fall in with the Bossman people, those are a different kind of juicer.

Last summer before the pos juicer I bought cheap at walmart decided to break I was getting pretty good results with a variety of yellow tomatoes, they make surprisingly good juice and are significantly less acidic than the usual red red varieties. Made for a much milder homemade version of V8. Paired rather well with some spinach as well
