watched these (old) segments recently, I might use them to explain autism to normies who would not be open to hearing about lolcows. The only people I found talking about this guy possibly having autism were whiners on wrong planet, who were of course appalled that conan got so much joy out of "bullying" jordan. :

I think Schlansky has autism, and I also think he's in on the joke. He has a good poker face, but there are times when he's clearly about to break.

My assumption since I started watching these segments is that Schlansky is genuinely weird, Conan probably ribbed him behind the scenes for it, and they wound up making it a thing on the show.

I've watched a lot of the segments because I totally forgot about this. Its really fucking hilarious.

I lost my shit when they were going through how much Jordan loves Italy and he was showing his pictures to Conan where he looked like the biggest douche in the world and Conan just takes a drill to the Ipad and smoke starts pouring out of it.

This video definitely convinced me that he’s not really autistic (if he is, he’s hiding his autism very well) and is just playing an autistic-like character. I‘m saying this as someone who has seen autistic people many times throughout life.
