People who claim this is ANYTHING other than severe mental illness are as crazy as the troons themselves.
So like, they don’t go in thinking that, obviously. They
genuinely believe that surgeons can give them a true and honest wammin’s vagina,
because that’s what the surgeons sell them.
We, as normal people without medical degrees, pretty much have to trust that doctors know what they’re doing, actively have our best interests at heart, and have the knowledge and expertise to fix health issues that we wouldn’t even be able to diagnose, much less treat, by ourselves. Even if this often is NOT the case, for most part shitty predatory doctors are the exception and not the rule.
For tranny butchers, the complete opposite is true. Literally ALL of them lie - they lie about how the results will look and how they will behave, they lie about the complications and drastically downplay their prevalence, and once the “victim” is out of the butcher’s shop, they’ll ghost them and cut all contact. They do this because if they were actually upfront about the complications, and realistic about the best-case outcome,
nobody would choose to get the fucking surgery. The only reason anybody agrees to this is because they’ve been sold on the complete fantasy that modern medicine can give them a vagina that even a gynecologist can’t tell apart from a “cis woman”s.
The surgeons also use the trans “community” to cover for their butchery, because they will violently tear down anyone who might give the slightest suggestion that they regret their surgery or are seeing serious complications, because they’re delusional troons who cannot let little things like “insanely high complication rates”, “multiple revision surgeries” and “little to no sexual sensation” get in the way of their ridiculous fantasy that modern medicine can turn them into the opposite sex.
It’s important to note that this trust in doctors is so engrained that when ADF claimed to have gotten the chop, most people on the Kiwi Farms dismissed it outright because it was simply
unthinkable for Dr Doge to have performed this kind of surgery on a mentally ill man who is clearly not capable of carrying out the aftercare. While the status and existence of ADF’s stink ditch is, technically, still up in the air, Dr Doge was later sued (?) by a group of trannies for… performing these kinds of surgeries on mentally ill men who clearly didn’t know what they were getting themselves into.
tl;dr, it’s a combination of predatory surgeons and a “community” that will excommunicate anyone who doesn’t toe the party line, which perpetuates the delusion that medical transition is anything other than quack butchery.
