Part 5 has been a delight for me since I was under the impression from the old fan translations it was poorly written.

Didn't know it was just a bad hack job.

I think the reason why Bruno didn’t get fully healed like Okuyasu is because of how much he bled out compared to him. As for Joseph...part 3 is just asspull central

Absolute exceptionalism.

Dunno if it's just me, but I've always read WRYYYYY as a shrill reeeeee, rather than just slow hissing or a yell in David's adaptation.

Probably got the idea from the old Capcom game 20 years ago.
I mean, Araki claimed that it’s supposed to sound animalistic, so they’re just listening to him

Kind of a shame they never did anything more with Giorno being a Dhampir. I understand that the implication is that despite Dio being his father, he is truly Jonathan's second son, but it would have been nice to see something besides the wry.

The 7-page MUDA beatdown translated to anime form was glorious, especially the part where Giorno WRYYYYYYYYYYYs (A+ voice acting). I rewatched it like three times.

DavidPro is just one of the best anime production companies around. So much love and care goes into each episode of JoJo. Every time a highly anticipated scene from the manga comes up (like the Torture Dance), they knock it out of the park. Like, if you look at the credits, they hired 6 people alone to work on the MUDA. That's dedication.
