Yes if they push through the Lotte World charges he's getting SO status as currently under Korean law you can only get SO status for touching kids or actual violent sexual crimes.

In Korea anyone sentenced to prison automatically gets that employment restriction similar to how in America anyone convicted of a felony is automatically prohibited from possessing firearms and the judge is required to notify them of that.

If he got sex offender status the judge must explicitly state that and the minimum duration is 10 years.
