tibbz can't even stream at 1080p and doesn't know the difference between upload speed and download speed, He ranted that YouTube was blacklisting him because his streams kept getting disconnected even though he had 200 mbps in download speed. But he was in kbps in upload which is what is used for streaming. But we are supposed to believe this guy is capable of the ddos attack of that magnitude.
