I originally found this guy when he posted a short accusing a meth smoking bum of being an undercover cop.

He took that vid down, but uploaded a similar one here

This dude is constantly tweaked out of his mind making videos on how the DEA has hired tens of thousands of cops to go undercover and harass him.

He was busted for CP and swears the DEA planted it on him.

He often gets beaten up by street tweakers who he assumes to all be DEA.

He thinks the DEA has hired all of his friends to stalk him.

He is hilarous.

Sorry for the bump but I just now found out about this guy because of ScareTheater and was surprised this is seemingly the only thread talking about his existence.
This dude's got untapped potential for a proper thread to be made on him, from getting busted for drug dealing and having a cracked out schizo whore with you, to going homeless and taping your delusions on full desplay while harassing and recording other druggies in LA sounds like absolute prime lolcow material.

Now someone would just need to make a much better thread in prospering grounds.
