They forced troops to run at the enemy even when their own troops did not even have a rifle or ammunition, and they had the numbers to do so for this.
Victory will only be possible through this absolute ruthlessness. Stalin and Lenin did not reach power through the love of their people like our dear Fuhrer did, they did it with cutthroat and clinical tactics. Rape is an abonimable act, subhuman even since animals usually do it a lot since they can't control their impulses and we're suppose to be better than them ontologically by actually being able to control ourselves.
There's an immense difference between focusing on victory and doing whatever's needed and using that "amoralism" as an excuse to be both ironically and horrifically immoral.
Rape won't save the Aryan race or destroy the System, it'll just degrade you as much as who you do it to.

I get what you mean with admiring the enemy's radicalism, but that should mean something like taking a page or two from Nechayev when conducting and mastering oneself, not coming up with absolutely absurd logic that leads to "Rape is a political weapon."

We are along nature, not above.
But that aside, it's still a tool. If you describe it as subhuman, abominable, and horrifically immoral, then you prove the point that I'm making.
You would be demoralised if you were raped, and if women you held dear were raped the same would happen. Victory is rewarded to proper brutality.
And the idea isn't to rape and justify it, its to seek victory and do anything to attain it.
