Despite being painted as "sleepy", incompetent, old, and crooked, former President Joe Biden has shown significant signs of being one of the greatest Presidents in U.S. history. I will only be analyzing legislation in this megathread.

Joe Biden announced in late 2021 his legislative framework, dubbed the "Build Back Better Framework". The name for this framework has 3 hidden meanings--well actually four--that make it so great. 1. It uses the same letter three times which invokes clarity and continuity, in a way that doesn't miss-the-mark. 2. The three B's also is meant to be similar to how 'Biden' starts with a B. 3. It invokes feelings of trust through the platitude "Build Back Better", with the key word being "Build", later being used to broadly represent his infrastructure program, through Build.gov. 4. The letter 'B' is associated with a B grade in school, which of course isn't perfect but is far from being bad, just 'good'. Thus is protects itself through an artificial vibe like the letter "A", while not being associated with lower letters (C through Z), invoking feelings of health, healthiness, ecd.

Joe Biden's legislative framework was split into 3 'plans':
  1. American Rescue Plan (ARP), a Covid-19 relief bill;
  2. American Jobs Plan (AJP), a proposal to address long-neglected infrastructure needs and reduce America's contributions to destructive effects of climate change;
  3. American Families Plan (AFP), a proposal to fund a variety of social policy initiatives, some of which (e.g., paid parental leave) had never before been enacted nationally in the U.S.
These 3 plans all start with "American", which makes us feel patriotic. It also invokes strong feelings of preparedness, functionality, and health. Overall, the Biden Administration through everything they have set up, invokes feelings of health, which is what the country needed after the disaster of the Covid-19 pandemic which was sensationalized, propagated, and overall bloated by the Orange Man.

Joe Biden chose the "Blue Room" as his favorite room in the White House Residence to do receptions. This room is circular which invokes feelings of inclusivity, along with the color "Blue" being associated with cleanliness, health, democracy, freedom, and professionalism. Joe Biden also picked this color to represent his administration in graphics and on whitehouse.gov which invoked the feelings already explained. Additionally, Biden's Oval Office had a simplistic design with a blue carpet, golden curtain, and very little decorations which invoked simplicity and once again health.

Anyways, Joe Biden's legislative plan overall was being represented with the color blue which invoked a feeling of health associated with these bills. Joe Biden eventually signed the American Rescue Act, which was a $1.9 trillion stimulus package to every American in response to Covid. This obliterated Covid-19. One problem down, one more to go (the economy.)

Joe Biden tackled the economy with the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, a $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure package that funded infrastructure projects all across the 50 states + Washington, D.C. and territories. It built roads, expanded rural broadband access, replaced lead pipes, closed off orphan wells and began the stepping stone for a Green New Deal. They also accompanied this bill with very good graphics. (Build.gov, Invest.gov, ecd.)

Here are other investment acts signed by Joe Biden as part of his legislative framework:

American Relief Act
Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act
CHIPS and Science Act
PRO Act
PACT Act
FAIR Act
Inflation Reduction Act

Joe Biden also used the South side of the White House more often (circular side), which invokes feelings of health.

This is why Joe Biden was the best U.S. President in American History. Thoughts?

The best president the USA ever had was William Henry Harrison
During his inaugural address in 1841, he caught pneumonia and died 31 days after. He made no real executive decisions, he did not even appoint a full cabinet, he did not sign major orders either.

He wasn't the best, but he does deserve some credit for getting stuff like the CHIPS act done. Where he fumbled was not trying to get approval processes for infrastructure streamlined so that it could be put into action while he was still in office. Like some broadband expansion from the infrastructure bill I think is only just being approved in the past few months. It's sort of a ridiculous delay for something that should have been pretty basic.

biden pros:
chocolate chocolate chip ice cream advocate
biden cons:
apparently removed the diet coke button in the white house

it's a toss up, really.
