Can't help but think the sepsis could affect the heart. But on the national political scene can't see much impact.

When was the last time a Clinton called any shots? 2016? They're old news. Hillary has been drinking herself to death ever since Election Day that year, their charities are shuttered and Bill... Bill was just relying on Hillary's presence and influence to act as a proxy for her. And with them out of the picture, so were their cronies. It would just be a blip.

Eh, there's still the FBI files that the Clintons had put together on then junior Republican members of Congress and the Senate. There was a little blip about that, but it should have been an even bigger deal.
Clinton openly weaponized the FBI, IRS, and NSA against Republicans, amassing files.
So you have to wonder, who has them, how many are still relevant, and how much power it gives them.
WIth Chelsea having been put back in her horse paddock, it's doubtful that the files will fall to her. I doubt they turned them over to Obama, since he had to have his own files made and supposedly he had to turn it all over to the Clintons.
Which means, if people start getting political clout again, will those files make a reappearance, or are they all beyond their expiration date?

I think its a combination of them being old news and the Dems having gone full supervillain in recent years that renders those files of dubious utility. After all, all those then-junior members are now almost certainly connected to the Uniparty, and in ways that would be hard to get around. The only reason Tony Podesta avoided the FARA ass-reaming his business partner in Ukrainian real-estate Paul Manafort got was that the Clintons still had some power in D.C, and especially the FBI at that time. Now, and especially if Billy Boy is dead? Nobody is going to want to crack open that can of worms.
