I wonder if Caitlin is a fujoshi. She's like a huge fan of Ouran High School Host Club (literally, she was the one who discovered it and brought it to FUNimation's attention and she got put in charge of it), and that series has attracted fujos like flies and may have helped contribute to the genderspecials trend given Haruhi. She's also on record in the commentary track of saying she knew to cast Vic as Tamaki because Tamaki is practically anime Vic. Teasingly or not, she was in total agreement with J. Michael Tatum and Monica Rial about him being a huge drama queen manchild.
Unless she's putting on an act this whole time so FUNimation won't sack her, she's of the Top 10 Anime Betrayals.

Yea, I've kinda lost my "faith" in her recently. I always considered that she was just being quiet since she is having to work with these people. It also looked like she was not casting any of them in the shows she directs. That being said, having the BLM name for so long and now chastising people who have to go to work by using the name "JUST STAY HOME!!!", It seems to me that she has converted to the dark side. Plus, she is no longer following Vic on twitter, after doing so for a long time after everything went down in Jan of 2019.
Looking through her timeline, I did find this funny.
Jamie argues with some other responders, but doesn't even acknowledge her reply.

My thinking is that Caitlin is actually trying to keep herself from being attacked by Rial, Marchi, Sabat, and Schemmel because like Vic is she a uber Christian who holds bible study at conventions and has been shown to share her faith with people.
I think her retweeting and tweeting to these snakes is because she doesn't want to be attacked by the Okatron 5000 mafia in the same way that happened to a few other people. We also have to remember that since Sabat and Schemmel are so angry about anything religious they will figure out a way to sack people who have those beliefs or are on Vic's side (such as what they and that cosplayer chick I forgot her name tried to do Todd Haberkorn).
Caitlin might seem as though she's against Vic but I believe she might be pretending because Monica and Jamie might be breathing down her neck and she knows if she steps one toe out of line she'd be on the receiving end of losing her career.
I wonder if Caitlin might be the person that might make "Monica cry" because she might have something more on Monica and Jamie's ideals or orders from Sabat.
