I genuinely think Jake has autism, as I said in one of my previous thread posts, but this situation and shown a whole new light on it. He couldn't read Lex at and almost immediately trusted her (with a tad of prodding and manipulation), buying into the classic BPD manipulation tactic of "its you and me versus the world!" Aka what I've termed as Bonnie and Clyde syndrome, and allowing her to basically take over his life.
