Well we have no way of knowing how early into his childhood Jace is even talking about so I think any speculation on this is very premature as there's nothing to go on. I mean if the family knew this guy at an extremely young age then its really not that much of a stretch to think maybe he's been around since before then as well. As for being his father? Like I said, pure speculation but the chance is not 0%.

If this theory is true then Jace doesn't believe that the Pastor could remotely be his dad, likely on the chance that he'd be a somehow worse dad than Richard. He could have figured out that his mom had an affair with Pastor, but refuses to accept the possibility likely because he doesn't want confrontation and really hates anything that may destroy his view on reality.

One interesting thing Jace does continuously is he has refused to say Pastor Faggots name on every account to this day even having his sim be named Pastor Faggot. Actually, that being said...

Why the hell was Pastor Faggot the only human he let be in his post apocolypse non-blood related family that wasn't a ghost in the last Sims 3 segment? That seemed really weird to me and I'm not really trying to tie it into this whole dad theory but, it just makes me wonder if there was any significance in that.

We don't know what church he goes to. The obvious guess is the 1st Congregational Church (previously known as the Christ Memorial) seen in his Tour videos since it's massive and likely serves most of North Brookfield. We've tried to cross-reference local churches with stuff he's mentioned; research has been done into that subject but we simply do not know enough about Pastor Faggot to make any positive identification on who he is, which church he belongs to, or which church Jace belongs to.
